hOW WE FARM…

Soil: To ensure the long-term health of our different soils we ensure we crop rotate, improve organic content, build natural nutrient capacity and enhance natural drainage.

Water: To produce great quality food on our sandy soils, the sustained availability of water for irrigation is absolutely vital. We collect and store over 150 million gallons of rain water during the winter and continue to invest in innovative application techniques to minimise waste, helping secure our long term water supply.
